[There is no confusion here, the man using this PCD knows how to work things of this nature. He’s not paying attention to the video, though, instead he’s poking at a leather wristband he’s wearing, frowning. After a moment or two, he looks at the PCD; it is obvious he is not entirely pleased with this turn of events.]

Yeah, hi. Whoever’s watching this? I’d like to go back to Cardiff right now, thank you very much. I’m not sure where I am, but it’s not Earth, and so it’s not where I need to be at all.

[He pokes at the wristband again for a moment or two, but nothing happens, and he sighs.] Damn. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but something’s weird.

[A pause.]

I don’t suppose anyone around here has heard of a guy called the Doctor? Is he here? I wouldn’t be surprised if he were, this seems like it has him written all over it.
